Find your click.
Ammye is a dating app built around a mutual choice. Instead of swiping through faces, you answer questions — the way you actually get to know somebody — and a click is what starts a conversation. A click has to be returned before you can talk, so nobody is messaged who did not choose it.
How it works
- Answer questions. A daily question and a feed of dilemmas build a picture of how you think, and drive how well you match with other members.
- Click, don't swipe. Clicking somebody costs a Click and is only revealed when they click back. The paid plan shows you who clicked you.
- Match, then talk. A mutual click opens a chat. Before that, nobody can message you.
Stay safe
- Only people who clicked each other can chat. You can report or block anybody from their profile, or from inside a chat.
- Blocking ends the conversation immediately and permanently, in both directions.
- Profile photos are stored privately and only ever served as short-lived links.
- Ammye is for adults (18+). Reports are reviewed and acted on — see the Terms for our zero-tolerance rule on objectionable content.
Your data
- Download everything we hold about you from Settings → Download my data.
- Delete your account, and the data with it, from Settings → Delete account. The Privacy Policy states exactly what that removes.
