Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Izzul Aizad ("we", "us") for using the Ammye app. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use Ammye

You must be 18 or older. You must give accurate information about yourself, keep one account for yourself, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account.

2. How Ammye works

Ammye is a dating app. Answering questions builds a picture of you and drives matching. Clicking somebody costs a Click and is only revealed to them when they click you back; a mutual click opens a chat. We do not guarantee matches, conversations or relationships — matching depends on who else is using Ammye near you.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

How to report and block

• In the app: open the profile or the chat and choose Report, or Block. Blocking ends the conversation immediately and permanently, in both directions.
• By email: support@ammye.com, with the name shown in the profile if you have it.
• Reports are read by our moderators, and every action taken is recorded. Repeat offenders are removed.

4. What you may not do

• Break the law, or help anybody else do so.
• Harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone, or post anybody's private information.
• Post nudity or sexual content in a public part of the app, or any content involving minors.
• Offer sexual services, escort services, or anything for sale.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools; create bulk or duplicate accounts; or misrepresent your identity, age or photos.
• Send unsolicited advertising, or use Ammye to promote anything.
• File knowingly false reports, or interfere with the app's security or other members' use of it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us the permission we need to run the service: to store, copy, re-encode (photos are resized and stripped of metadata), display to the members the app shows it to, and review content that is reported. You confirm you have the right to post what you post — including that photos are of you, and that you have everybody's consent for any photo you appear in with others.

We may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these terms; where content is reported, we may hide it while we look, and we keep a record of the decision.

6. Paid plans

Ammye offers a paid plan (Ammye+) and time-limited passes (Day and Week). They change what the app gives you — more Clicks a day, seeing who clicked you, full profile visibility, no ads — and nothing else: a paid plan does not guarantee matches, replies or visibility to any particular member.

• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and the store handles payment, renewal and refunds under its own terms. We never see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the store's subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
• Passes are one-off and simply expire.
• We may change prices or what a plan includes; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

7. Ending your account, and ours

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Read the Privacy Policy first: deletion is immediate and final, and it also removes other members' answers to questions you submitted.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are legally required to close, or that puts other members at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

8. Meeting people safely

We do not run criminal background checks, and we do not verify that anybody is who they say they are beyond the optional verification badge. Take the usual precautions: meet in public, tell somebody where you are going, and stop if anything feels wrong. If you are in danger, contact the emergency services in your country (999 in Malaysia) first.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features, and we may need to interrupt the service for maintenance. We will give notice of anything that materially reduces what you have paid for.

10. Limits of our responsibility

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what other members do or say, or for content posted by members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute — without taking away any right you have to sue where you live.
